Software Engineer / Web Designer - Game Developer

In a few words

I am a passionate Full Stack Developer, with a strong background in a similar position. I am well versed in developing in the .NET Framework, and using languages like C, C++, C# and VB. I also have an advanced understanding of SQL (MySQL and especially MSSQL) as well as knowledge in Database Design. I've used Python, Java and Javascript (backend with Node.JS) for different personal projects, such as discord bots and desktop apps. I am very comfortable with the Unity Game Engine (and C#) with experience both in desktop games as well as mobile. Lastly, I've used HTML/CSS/JS to create websites, either for academic purposes or personal purpose.

Being a Technology based Sales Representative at Plaisio Computers, as well as having a huge interest in keeping up with new technologies, I have both a broad and deep understanding of hardware in the PC and Networking space.

My ambition is learning and understanding as much as I possibly can with every aspect of technology, whether it's hardware, software and everything in-between.

My

Skillset

Frontend Development

experience icon

HTML/CSS

I recently started expanding my frontend skillset and knowledge by creating my very own personal website (this site).

experience icon

JavaScript

I have used JavaScript for both Web Design context on websites as well in a more backend enviroment (primarily used Node.JS) in a few personal projects such as a RGB LED controling script, Discord Bots etc.

experience icon

Wordpress

It's something I've used sparingly over the years as I currently prefer to develop from the ground up as it helps me understand deeper and learn what I'm actually doing when developing/debugging a site.

Backend Development

experience icon

.NET Framework (C/C++/C#)

It's the framework and languages I have the most experience in, whether it's professional, academic or personal experience.

experience icon

MSSQL / MySQL / Oracle

I am experienced in SQL Languages as well as Databases, but I am currently most comfortable with MSSQL as I work on it daily. My knowledge also expands to Database Design.

experience icon

Java

I've used Java for quite a bit of academic and personal projects, which primarily were creating desktop applications using Java forms.

experience icon

Python

I've used Python for mostly developing Bots and pc automations, but I am always seeking new opportunities to expand on my Python skillset.

Game Dev/Media Creation

experience icon

Unity

Although I have used other engines like Unreal and Godot and I am planning to expand my knowledge of them, Unity is the one that I am most comfortable with currently and I've used for the longest.

experience icon

Pixel Art

I am still quite new to the world of digital and pixel art, it's something I really enjoy creating, especially if it's synergizes with a project I am developing (website, game, app etc...). The pixelart icons I have used throughtout the website are made by me on Aseprite.

experience icon

Image Editing

I've used Photoshop for a lot time and recently I switched over to Gimp, which i use to alter photos and designs, visualize and make mock ups of app/website layouts.
